At Delevar.com, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging (including tags, manuals, and accessories).

  • Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., perishable goods, personal care items, custom orders).


How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at [support@delevar.com] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. You’ll receive a Return Authorization and instructions for shipping the item back.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original method of payment.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).


Exchanges

  • Need a different size, color, or item? Just reach out to our team to arrange an exchange.

  • Exchanges are subject to item availability.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We’ll make it right with a replacement, refund, or repair.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Clearance or final-sale items (marked as such)
